A word from our members

Our estate planning platform: connecting generations.

I got Trust & Will because our kids were already 5 and 7. I kept delaying it, so I made it a New Year’s resolution. It was easy to sign up. I would make a little bit of progress every day and before I knew it, it was done.

FAQs

Common questions.

How long does the process take?

Some people can finish their estate plans in as little as 30 minutes. But don’t worry, we’ll save your responses as you go so you can always pick up where you left off.

Is my estate plan legal and valid in my state?

All of our estate plans are built by attorneys and customized by you. Every plan is legally-valid, state specific, and created to meet your specific needs. In order to ensure your estate plan is legally binding, sign and notarize the documents upon receiving or downloading them.

I lost someone I love, now what?

We are so sorry for your loss and we’re here to support you in figuring out the next steps. First, obtain legal documentation of the death and notify the necessary parties, then follow our checklist to ensure you’re correctly managing the estate.

Is my information secure?

Here at Trust & Will, we use bank-level security to protect and encrypt your personal information. We’re serious about security and we’ll never sell or share your information without consent.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. Payment plans are available for both our Will Plan and Trust Plan. We offer payment plans to align with our mission to make estate planning and settlement affordable and accessible for everyone.

What is the difference between a Trust and a Will?

A Revocable Living Trust is the most comprehensive Estate Plan and offers people more control over when and how their assets are distributed. Trusts also allow you to avoid probate court. A Will Plan lets you nominate guardians for your children and specify your health care preferences, final arrangement wishes, and how you want your assets distributed.
