In listing distribution % per beneficiary it's just one option where we have 2 levels of distribution based on beneficiaries decision to keep house in which the sons would have ownership or sell house in which case distribution % would include granddaughters. “I had originally signed up for a trust”
I had originally signed up for a trust instead of a simple will. After reading the instructions for funding the trust I realized it would not be a good option for my husband and myself. I was flabbergasted by the response I received when explaining the problem. I received a refund for the additional cost of the trust and the forms were modified to reflect the change I had requested. “There is no Tech Support, even for known problems”
I am pretty good with software but still ran into glitches in the Trust and Will basic documents. I contacted Support and got the "clear your cache" basics. They then gave me work-arounds for a problem they know they have and when that failed, I was referred to Tech Support. All I ever heard were crickets. Never a word back. I gave up. $400 wasted.

“Do not use Trust & Will…”
I would not recommend Trust & Will based on my experience as a mobile notary who completed signings for their customers.The notary performs the travel, printing, scheduling, and document execution, yet when payment disputes arise, neither Trust & Will nor its vendor, Mobile Notary Zone, provides meaningful assistance. In my case, I have been dealing with non-payment issues and concerns regarding inaccurate tax reporting, with no satisfactory resolution despite repeated efforts. I contacted Trust & Will support team multiple times via email (No response till date) and also reported the issue through Snapdocs. Each time, I was directed back to Mobile Notary Zone, even after Trust & Will became aware of the vendor’s payment problems.What was particularly disappointing is that one of the customers whose signing I completed contacted Trust & Will after learning about the payment dispute. According to the customer, they were advised to stay out of the matter rather than helping facilitate a resolution.Trust & Will’s response is that Mobile Notary Zone was responsible for payment and that they eventually terminated the vendor relationship. While that may be true, it does not change the fact that notaries who completed work for Trust & Will customers were left unpaid and unsupported. The issue is not who writes the check; it is accountability for the vendors chosen to represent the company’s brand and serve its customers.A properly executed estate plan depends on the professionals involved in the process. When those professionals are not paid properly or supported when issues arise, it reflects poorly on the overall service experience.My recommendation is to work with an experienced estate planning attorney who remains accountable throughout the entire process. Trust & Will should take a more active role in ensuring that vendors are paid correctly, tax reporting is accurate, and legitimate disputes are addressed professionally.

I was hesitant to start this process because, like most people, I didn't exactly look forward to putting together a last will and testament. I already had my wishes drafted in a Word document, but I wanted to make everything legally official.The customer service representatives were incredibly helpful and always available to answer my questions. Even when I ran into a major headache with FedEx, the team was right there with me. (FedEx is why I didn’t give this 5 stars)My only gripe actually had nothing to do with Trust & Will itself. FedEx struggled to deliver the documents to my condo in the city. Trust & Will was extremely responsive, even reshipping the package. When that didn’t work, Trust & Will resolved the issue on their side.If you need to finalize your documents, check with your local financial institutions! My credit union notarized my documents and provided two witnesses on hand for free. Many banks offer this service to their members, you can often just walk in and get it done.I definitely recommend this service to anyone who has been on the fence about tackling this task. I just signed up for a will, adding attorney support option, but didn't know if I should commit to a trust. I called customer service to speak with an attorney. The agent showed me how to schedule a future consultation; discussed the benefits of a trust; and told me that I will be reimbursed if I switch to a trust today but after speaking to an attorney, decide to go back to a will. Trust & Will is a great one stop shop for me to have prepared both, power of attorney, health directives, outline of assets, certification of trust after years of dreading to do so. So, much was explained throughout the online process that I learned all the more best approaches to securing my legacy. It was so convenient to be able to verify about what each type: Will and/or Trust affords in the event of death or there before by using the roll through of various related subtopics in order to complete or ignore a recommended document until more clarification/legal or not can be offered. After having all documents completed, I downloaded them / reviewed them / made needed changes, saved— and downloaded for on the spot notarization and two witnesses (via Yelp). The documents are secured now, and I have a renewed peace of mind. — The services are reasonably priced.

My sister and I are appointed co-executors of my late father’s estate/will in Mar 2023. We have been working with Derek(probate specialist) and Andre(attorney thru T&W). At first things were slow and Derek said they had a “new to t&w” atty. for us to work with. Their communication didn’t involve both of us many times despite Derek saying he’d include us both and it’s not an issue. We even asked if there had to be a single executor but he said he can accommodate us both and that we’d both get exact same correspondence. He sent an email which was only sent to one of us stating they were closing our account if we didn’t reply in a months time Feb 10. It went to my sister’s spam folder and we just realized it mere days later and I emailed Derek immediately. His response was, “we didn’t receive contact by March 12th and closed your case, wish you best of luck”. All I wanted was communication to both of us so we can get my dear father’s case resolved. My father’s case was as simple as they get, had a good will and no objections by any heirs involved and he didn’t have a business, etc., EASIEST OF EASY CASE. We chose the lawyer option so that things go as smoothly as possible as both executors are very busy, I’m going thru a messy divorce and my sister battling debilitating health issues while obtaining her masters degree. You’d think that’d matter, just a little but, no. They have washed their hands of us “trouble makers” now. They got our money, on to the next, right? You’d think they’d want to save face, especially knowing the attorney they appointed us was new to the court district(term unsure) and sucks with effective communication, sure has plenty of time to do YouTube videos but can’t give us the right person’s papers. Example:Upon sending one document to my sister he put my father’s cover letter with some other parties info/papers attached to it. Then he didn’t resend the correct info. I emailed Derek several times with no clear answers after his Oct 2024 email to me stating that he “thinks” we’re on the home stretch and things are almost complete. I tried several times to use the website’s chat function but to no avail. Best of luck? What are we supposed to do now, they have all our information and released back to us nothing. I would think they’d would at least provide us the packet with what has been done, what still needs to be done and court documents. I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it and this conduct, especially with such sensitive legal matter is utterly reprehensible. No excuse, especially when they know, if they bother to look, I wasn’t sent the cancellation email, an executor to the will. I know in absolute certainty that I didn’t get a cancellation email, woulda responded immediately. I wasn’t sent half the emails. Also, T&W has both our phone numbers and that is usually a better way to reach someone when something as serious as this is about to occur. No call either. No attempt at meaningful contact, just best of luck, huh? We wish to get this completed as we are essentially stranded and owe taxes on the estate with no way of knowing how(I’m out of state). Stated in my email to Derek that we still wish to get this done and I would put aside differences up until now to constructively get this done. Trust & Will, it’s in your court now, so to speak. Doubt they’ll do anything though.

“Slow as a Turtle Running Backward!”
Have been working with this site since Dec 2025 and STILL have no accessible documents! When I complained, one rep told me my account had been switched from Will to Trust, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Same rep threatened to shut down my account. Had to go to a Manager call, if it truly was a manager. Now my beneficiary is unable to access my draft on line, despite update to that issue done last week. I have serious medical concerns. I simply want to review my documents with my beneficiary, finalize documents and execute them BEFORE I get any sicker! This site takes your money fast but delivers worse than a turtle running the race backwards! Bet this review won’t make it to the public either! And this is a PERSONAL account, NOT A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!!April 10, 2026. Have just been notified. At 12:03 am the papers have been mailed to me and it will take a week to arrive! Do NOT use Trust & Will if you actually care about where your money goes when you die.I paid $199 for a Will and discovered a serious flaw: if someone you leave money to dies before you, Trust & Will automatically decides it goes to their heirs — their children, their spouse, their family — people you may have never met and never intended to receive a penny of your money. You have absolutely no say in it. You don't get to decide. The document decides for you.When I asked to fix it? Can't be done. The documents are locked and cannot be customized. I even offered to remove the one sentence causing the problem myself — they told me that would make the entire Will legally invalid. One sentence they refuse to change makes the whole thing useless.I was reasonable about it — I didn't even ask for a full refund. I asked for a partial refund since the Will is completely unusable for my needs. Denied.Their advice? Go hire a real attorney. Gee, thanks — that's exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying YOU $199.The healthcare and power of attorney forms still work fine, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. But the Will — the whole reason most people buy this — is a trap. You think you're in control of your estate. You're not.Save your money. Hire an actual attorney or find a platform that lets you make your own decisions about your own assets.

I called in and left my contact information and received a call back within the hour. The representative took the time needed to fully answer our question. I've come up against a snag that this company seems entirely unable to solve. I wanted to add a date (the year, 2026) to my trust, and their website was blocking this (no numeric characters allowed, for some reason). I requested a change and the next day they were able to add the date. Okay, fine, but I want to start working on the trust. The problem is, this web-based program will not let me proceed past the point where I have to name the trust and it still refuses to proceed past that place (no numeric characters). So, while I've paid them the $$ and have informed them of my dilemma, I am still stuck and unable to work on my trust. I will ask for a refund.Thank you Alex. Refund was done right away and very good follow-up. The technical issues were reported to the tech team there and, I assume, the issues will be resolved eventually. I've updated my review accordingly.

From the outset, I knew I needed a set of quick, professional documents to replace the rather complicated plan created when I had small children. Trust & Will’s on-boarding was effortless, and enabled me to account for my assets, medical directives, and estate plans in a one-and-done manner. I reviewed the documents with a peer, had them notarized, and was finished in a day. Interestingly, the process was so easy and inexpensive, I have (literally) sat with three friends and helped them complete their plans, as well. Why am I writing this? Because, yesterday, I got a follow-up from the company. I had neglected to check a box in my account that stated I had completed signing my paperwork, and they were concerned I had forgotten. I am leary of stuff on the internet so I got on from a negative viewpoint. The more I checked this out the better it looked.cwe are retired so a will though a lawyer is very expensive. I had gone to a lawyer to help my mother in law and this asked the same questions. I am amazed at how professional our wills look. All I need to do is gather some witnesses and get it motorized. This was so easy to use and edit when I left out my wife's middle name.

I bought the trust agreement but I had questions that needed answers. An attorney contacted me and after discussion said that this trust was not a good fit for what I needed. He sent an email to Trust & Will and explained this to them. They then sent me an email that someone would contact me about canceling the trust. Upon my request, they immediately did cancel and reimburse me for the cost. Very understanding and would use again ina heartbeat.

Great product I used in 2025 to set up a will for my family now that we have two young kids. Really easy to develop and clear how to make it enforceable. When I didn't properly shift from pay mode to free mode once done with the main work, I was billed the $19 annual fee. When I explained my mistake, they didn't hesitate to give me a refund. Overall, the process of creating our trust through Trust & Will was fairly straightforward, and the interface is generally easy to understand and navigate. Most of the steps were intuitive, and the platform did a good job of guiding us through..The most confusing and somewhat frustrating part was figuring out how to go about transferring our real estate into the trust. Based on the information provided, it appeared that we needed to engage an attorney to assist with the quitclaim deed process, so we paid the additional $299 for attorney support.Unfortunately, after speaking with the attorney, we were told that Trust & Will actually offers a separate service specifically for handling this and that we should use that instead.In hindsight, we should have paid for that service instead of the attorney support, as the attorney did not assist us with the deed transfer process at all. Perhaps we missed this somewhere on the website, but clearer guidance about how to go about this would have saved us time and money.

Security heads up! I have logged out many times but when I pull up their website (I did NOT save my login) it lets me in without a password. I tried changing my password, same thing. Not sure this is secure. Yes steps are easy but you can NOT add your thoughts, opinions, change any of the errors at the end that might come up based on their very limited questioning. Questions are answered by AI and online chat person did not address my concerns but they did sell their "if you want any changes you can pay for our attorneys..." Our will was SUPER EASY Disappointed I believed all these reviews. UPDATE they wrote they are happy to help but get this....there are errors in the final document that I CAN"T CHANGE. There are assumptions made and added to the will that I CAN"T CHANGE. The final document is not usable unless.....shocking!....I pay a few hundred for their attorney's to help me. I read their reply below and contacted them and they did not help at all, just tried to sell me on paying their attorneys.

“I started to provide my will…”
I started to provide my will information after paying the appropriate fee. I was able to input 6-7 accounts and respective information. Then things took a turn for the worse. The app(workflow) ended the account setup section and required me to proceed to the Guardian section. I was unable to return to the accounts section even with help from the chatbot followed by a chat person. Not a seamless experience. I gave up and requested a refund of my payment for the will preparation.One good thing - the chat person made the refund easy.

I so appreciate how easy and user-friendly the folks at Trust & Will have made this process. I have been dreading and putting off creating a trust and will for a looong time! Was just able to knock out the basics of a trust which I can go back and add to later in about 20 min.
